By accessing or using ShareDoc, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description & Fair Use

ShareDoc provides free, web-based productivity and developer utilities including JSON/XML/YAML validation, CSV and Excel spreadsheet editing, collaborative text editing, and mock REST API simulation.

• Mock APIs: Mock API endpoints are intended for development, rapid prototyping, and automated software testing. High-volume DDoS attacks, spamming, scraping bots, or abusive request rates are strictly forbidden and subject to automated IP rate limiting.
• Temporary Nature: Document links and mock endpoints operate under a temporary lifecycle policy (15 days of inactivity). ShareDoc should not be utilized as permanent primary storage or critical production database backup.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ShareDoc to:

• Upload, distribute, or store malicious software, viruses, phishing pages, or exploits.
• Distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or copyrighted content without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of ShareDoc servers and real-time synchronization channels.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership to the code, text, documents, and mock data that you create or input into ShareDoc. ShareDoc claims no intellectual property rights over your inputs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShareDoc is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShareDoc or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or corruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
